okay but eating disorders aren’t perfect messy buns and big jumpers tucked in tiny shorts on a gorgeous figure with a stunning face. they’re going to the gym for four hours to burn off a dinner you haven’t even eaten yet, only to get home and decide you can’t eat it because it would ruin your effort at the gym.

- you need to focus on your grades and exams, so you don’t have time to think about food
- PE! even if you don’t like it, you must force yourself to exercise
- you can say you are studying or doing your homework as excuse why you don’t eat
- you can impress everybody with the progress you already did
- you can save the money you get for your lunch
- you can have cute school supplies
- you can be better organized
